Delivery within the United Kingdom:
Next working day - Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.99
2-3 working days - Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.99
(note - no dispatches on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays)
Deliveries to destinations outside the UK:
Royal Mail International Tracked - from £7.50
NOTE - for items marked as 'online only' - delivery may be made by DPD courier. not Royal Mail.
Dispatch times:
Dispatch will normally be within the same day (Monday-Friday) for orders received by 2pm (UK local time).
Note: Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
If dispatch is expected to be delayed further than the above we will contact you to let you know.
There are no dispatches on public holidays.
Non-receipt of goods:
In the event that goods have not arrived within 7 days (UK), 10 days (Europe) or 14 days (outside Europe) please contact us. Phone: +44 (0)29 20704254 or email: Hello@ogamigam.com. We will track the delivery and let you know the outcome and course of action. Goods that are finally determined as lost in transit will be refunded in full after a waiting period of no later than 28 days from dispatch date for United Kingdom destination addresses, or 35 days for international destinations.
Outside the United Kingdom
Royal Mail International Tracked - from £7.50 - calculated at checkout dependent on on weight and country
You should allow 5 days for deliveries to Europe and up to 10 days for outside Europe.
International shipping charges will be calculated automatically at the checkout stage.
The amount is based on Royal Mail Tracked Airmail rates using the cumulative weight of the order and the destination country.
Use the "Estimate Shipping & Taxes" on the Cart page to find exact costs.
Items within an order may be dispatched separately if size or weight restrictions apply.
Ogam Igam will always endeavour to keep shipping charges to a minimum - actual cost rates at low contract prices.
