For customers local to Penarth we are operating a ‘Click & Collect’ service.

Place your order on this website
On the checkout page select the ‘Pick up from Store’ option
Please leave your phone number (mobile preferred) with your order details

We will notify you when your order is ready to collect.
Collection times are Mon-Sat 10:15am to 4:45 pm.

 
RETURNS:
Complete the returns form and enclose in the box.
Bring your return (Mon-Sat 10:15am to 4:45 pm).
We will process the return the same day (if possible) or the next day, and refund you online.
Please email or phone us to let us know / expect your return – leave us your order number.

 
EXCHANGES:
Please follow the return procedure and re-order.
Tip - If you re-order first (and wait for your ready to collect message)  you can combine your return trip and new collection in one.
