Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ogam Igam, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If not, you can return items within 30 days of receiving them.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  • Include your receipt, packing slip, or proof of purchase.

How to Return

  1. Enclose the packing slip provided with the parcel. 

  2. Wrap the original box with sufficient outer packaging to protect it.

  3. Use the FREEPOST label included in your parcel for UK returns.

    • If you don’t have the label, contact us with your name and order number.

  4. Post your package at a Royal Mail Post Office, keeping the proof of posting.

  5. Send returns to:

Free returns cover up to 3 items per 30-day period. Additional items may incur a £4 charge per item, deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

Damages and Issues

Check your order on arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue. If a fault develops later, please contact us and we’ll advise on next steps.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If it hasn’t appeared after 15 business days, please contact info@ogamigam.com.
