Security:
All payment and account pages on this site are secured using encryption and an SSL certificate from Comodo.
Ogam Igam does not have any access to card numbers or payment login details.
Taxes:
Shipments within the United Kingdom and European Union are taxed at the current UK VAT rate and no further taxes are due.
Shipments to outside the European Union are not taxed. Customers need to be aware that import taxes into their country will probably need to be paid to their own customs organisation before goods are released for onward shipment. It is the customers responsibility to deal with their own internal customs service regarding payment and release of goods.
Refunds:
Full or partial refunds will be made via the payment method originally used.
Refunds of outward postage costs, where applied, will not be refunded.
