If you have a good idea what you are looking for (e.g. type of footwear, size, colour…) the filter panel on the home page is the quickest way.
Narrow your choices by entering selecting from the various dropdown choices. When you choose an option the choices in the other dropdowns will only present what's available. When choosing size enable the +/- box so that you will be presented with results containing one size above and one size below your selected size. Click on Find to see the results. Click on Reset to start afresh.
Enter a word or words to search for. The search looks in product titles and product model numbers for matches. If more than one word is entered search looks for matches of all words. As you type results are shown immediately (up to 15), you can select from this list or press enter to see a full results page.
Use the categories to narrow your search. E.g. if you click on 'Women' in the top menus all women's footwear will be shown, but click on 'Boots' 9nder women to show only women's boots, or click on 'Ankle' under women / boots to show only women's ankle boots. Use the 'sort by' to sort the results by name (brand name first) or latest-in or price.
We list in UK and EU sizes depending on whatever the brand uses as it's predominant sizing method on a particular style.
Children's sizes start with the Junior range (1 to 13.5) then start again at 1 in the Senior range. The UK sizes for kids we display are shown as either Jnr (Junior) or Snr (Senior). Footwear for adults is always in the senior range and does not have (or need) the Snr suffix.
Generally starting at EU 17 (for infants) with a straight run to about 47 in the men's range. Some styles also have half sizes (e.g. denoted 40.5)
Width fittings for kids, where offered, are in the range: D, E, F, G, H, where D is narrowest, F is a standard fit and H is widest. When a width is not specified on a style the fit is generally an 'F', however styles do vary and if you are unsure please contact us for advice.
The women's widths scale is different to the kids. 'D' is standard, 'E' is wider and 'EE' is wider still. The men's widths range from 'F' (narrow), 'G' (standard) to 'H' (wide).

No (for orders under AU$1000). Since we are not registered for Australian GST tax (and at present do not need to register) we do not advance-charge GST on our exports to Australia. Also, since your order is most likely to be under AU$1000 you should not be chaged tax by Australian Customs. Our CN22 declares the value of the order as part of the shipping documentation. But, in the unlikely event that you are charged import tax, it will be your responsibility to pay this and re-claim this back from the Australian Customs authority.
However, if you buy any of our goods through our eBay store, to be shipped to Australia, you will be charged 10% extra to cover the GST. This is due to recent (2018) changes in Australian law. We have no control over the eBay tax surcharge which, we understand, they are bound by law to add.
