Delivery within the United Kingdom:

FREE Royal Mail Tracked 24 (delivered next working day & Saturdays) - for all our newsletter subscribers

FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48  (delivered 2-3 working days inc. Saturdays) - for all orders of £35 or more

other options:

Next working day (not guaranteed) - Royal Mail Tracked 24 - from £4.00 - calculated at checkout dependent on on weight

Standard delivery (Royal Mail 48 service) - from £3.50 - calculated at checkout dependent on on weight

Royal Mail Special Delivery (expect delivery next working day and Saturday) - charged from £9.00 - calculated at checkout dependent on on weight

(note - no dispatches on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays - also, no Royal Mail deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays)

Deliveries to destinations outside the UK:

Royal Mail International Tracked - from £7.50 - calculated at checkout dependent on on weight and country


NOTE - for items marked as 'online only' - Special Delivery is not available and delivery may be made by DPD courier. not Royal Mail.


Dispatch times:

Dispatch will normally be within the same day (Monday-Friday) for orders received by 2pm (UK local time).

Note: Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

If dispatch is expected to be delayed further than the above we will contact you to let you know.

There are no dispatches on public holidays.


for UK destinations:

Ogam Igam dispatches via the Royal Mail 24 service (next day, but not guaranteed and excluding Sundays) or the 48 service (2 - 4 days excluding Sundays).

In some cases packages will need to be signed for on delivery.


for International destinations:

Ogam Igam dispatches via the Royal Mail Tracked service - Tracked and/or Signed For. Packages may need to be signed for on delivery.


Non-receipt of goods:

In the event that goods have not arrived within 7 days (UK), 10 days (Europe) or 14 days (outside Europe) please contact us. Phone: +44 (0)29 20704254 or email: info@ogamigam.com. We will track the delivery and let you know the outcome and course of action. Goods that are finally determined as lost in transit will be refunded in full after a waiting period of no later than 28 days from dispatch date for United Kingdom destination addresses, or 35 days for international destinations.
