Ogam Igam dispatches via the Royal Mail 24 service (next day, but not guaranteed and excluding Sundays) or the 48 service (2 - 4 days excluding Sundays).
In most cases packages will need to be signed for on delivery.
A FREE Standard delivery option is available (for orders of £35 or more) using a trusted carrier of our choice.

In the event that goods have not arrived within 7 days (UK), 10 days (Europe) or 14 days (outside Europe) please contact us. Phone: +44 (0)29 20704254 or email: email@example.com. We will track the delivery and let you know the outcome and course of action. Goods that are finally determined as lost in transit will be refunded in full after a waiting period of no later than 28 days from dispatch date for United Kingdom destination addresses, or 35 days for international destinations.
