Checkout terms

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return the goods to us within 30 days of the order date for a full refund. The goods must be in their original new condition and must not have been worn (other than for the purpose of a trial fit and not worn outdoors). The goods must be returned in the original undamaged manufacturers box / packaging with all original packaging and tags enclosed. Do not mark the box or apply tape directly to it. Returned goods should be wrapped with sufficient outer packaging so as to protect the original manufactures box. If you wish to exchange the goods without incurring a delay please place a new order on-line (together with a new payment) and return the originals for a refund of the original order - this way we will be able to dispatch your replacement immediately. You will be remain responsible for the condition and security of the goods until they are received by us at our premises. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

Free Returns - fair use policy:
Ogam Igam covers returns postal charges on up to 3 items within a 30 day period using the FREEPOST service.
If you return more that 3 items within any 30 day period (and you use the FREEPOST service on these items) we reserve the rights to charge £4.00 per item to cover costs. This will be applied as a deduction from our order refund to you.

Dispatch times:

Dispatch will normally be within the same day (Monday-Friday) for orders received by 2pm (UK local time).
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
If dispatch is expected to be delayed further than the above we will contact you to let you know.

for UK destinations:
Ogam Igam dispatches via the Royal Mail 24 service (next day excluding Sundays) or the 48 service (2 - 3 days excluding Sundays).
In most cases packages will need to be signed for on delivery.

for International destinations:
Ogam Igam dispatches via the Royal Mail Airmail service.
In most cases packages will need to be signed for on delivery.
You should allow 5 days for deliveries to Europe and up to 10 days for outside Europe.

Non-receipt of goods:

We will track the delivery and let you know the outcome and course of action. Goods that are finally determined as lost in transit will be refunded in full after a waiting period of no later than 28 days from dispatch date for United Kingdom destination addresses, or 35 days for international destinations.

Pricing and Taxes:
Pricing details may be adjusted from time to time but are correct at the time of order.
Receipts, detailing the Value Added Tax (VAT) amounts, will be enclosed with the delivered goods.

European Union:
Prices include UK VAT (at 20% when applicable) and when the shipping address is within the European Union.
Prices exclude VAT where the shipping address is outside the European Union.
Please note that within the United Kingdom children's footwear is already VAT-free (zero rated), hence prices on children's footwear will also be tax free within the EU.

International sales, destinations outside the European Union:
Value Added Tax (VAT) is removed from our prices when the shipping address is outside the European Union (EU). Customers should be aware that import taxes may be applied at the entry point of countries that are outside the EU and that it is the customers responsibility to pay any import duties or customs taxes applied.
