Wear them whenever you walk, and these will help tone muscles as you go about your normal day to day lives.
At first these will feel a little strange as they encourage you to move your foot in a way you’re probably not used to, but there’s no denying that these are very comfortable shoes. These feature a padded collar, cushioned insole, and a firm polyurethane frame which supports and stabilizes the foot.
The Kinetic Wedge super soft foam midsole is designed to absorb shock and provide the exercising effect.

Fitting: These run slightly large. Unless you are between sizes we wouldn’t recommend going down a size, however if you are between two sizes, it might be worth opting for the smaller of the two sizes.
