Postage and Packing
Orders dispatched to addresses WITHIN the United Kingdom:
Charges for postage and packing are currently FREE for all orders.
Ogam Igam may dispatch items within an order separately - this will not affect the above free postage and packing offer.
Orders dispatched to addresses OUTSIDE the United Kingdom:
The charge for postage and packing will be calculated automatically at the checkout stage. The amount is based on Royal Mail Airmail 'signed for' rates using the cumulative weight of the order. Ogam Igam may dispatch items within an order separately.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return the goods to us within 7 working days of the date of receiving the goods for a refund. The goods must be in their original new condition and must not have been worn (other than for the purpose of a trial fit and not worn outdoors). The goods must be returned in the original undamaged manufacturers box / packaging with all original packaging and tags attached. Returned goods should be wrapped with sufficient outer packaging so as to protect the original manufactures box. If you wish to exchange the goods for any reason (e.g. was wrong size) please follow the returns procedure and re-order on-line for a replacement - this way we will be able to despatch your replacement immediately. You will be responsible for return postage costs as well as security of delivery to our premises. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery method for returns.

Faulty Goods / Incorrect Goods
All mail order / internet ordered goods are closely inspected for any defects before they are dispatched. In the event that a fault develops within 7 days of the date of receiving the goods or if the goods are not as described on your order we will offer refund or exchange of the goods and refund postage costs.
If goods become faulty after a period of 7 days you should return the goods to us. We will inspect the goods for manufacturing defect. If the goods are deemed faulty a refund will be offered.
Accuracy of Content and Pricing
Ogam Igam takes care to ensure that the descriptions of all items presented on this site are accurate.
Pricing details may be adjusted from time to time but are correct at the time of order.
All prices include UK VAT when this is applicable. Receipts, containing the VAT amounts, will be enclosed with the delivered goods.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the colours of items displayed on or website will be accurate the actual displayed colours on your monitor should only be taken as a guide.

Please feel free to phone us for fitting / size advice at any time. If you are greeted by the answer-phone (we may be busy with in-store customers) please leave your name and phone number with details of your enquiry and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Dispatch and Delivery
Ogam Igam dispatches all goods via the Royal Mail "First Class Signed For" service (or "Airmail Signed For" for destinations outside the UK).
Dispatch will normally be within the same day (Monday-Friday) for orders received by 3pm (UK local time). Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
If dispatch is expected to be delayed further than the above we will contact you to let you know. You should allow at least 2 working days for delivery within the UK, 5 days for deliveries to Europe and up to 10 days for outside Europe. Goods will need to be signed for on delivery.
In the event that goods have not arrived within 7 days (or 10 days international) please contact us (tel. +44 (0)29 20704254 or email: info@ogamigam.com) and we will track the delivery and let you know the outcome and course of action. Goods that are finally determined as lost in transit will be refunded in full.
Orders
Ogam Igam accepts orders from the United Kingdom, Europe, Unites States, Canada and many other countries.
Note: If your country is listed in the drop down 'Country' field on the address form then we are able to ship to that country. Once we have received your order you will receive an automated and immediate copy of it via email. You will also receive a confirmation of payment from SagePay or PayPal upon the successful authorisation of your payment.
Payments
Payments using the following credit or debit cards are accepted:
VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Delta, Solo, Switch/UK Maestro
Payment made via the SagePay site will only be debited when the goods are ready for dispatch.
Payments made via the PayPal site will be debited immediately - however if we are unable to fulfil the order a refund will be made immediately.
Please note that credit cards can be used via the PayPal site even if the holder does not hold a PayPal account.
All transactions will be in UK Pounds Sterling.
Currency conversion, when displayed, is for guidance only. The rates displayed are updated daily courtesy of the 'Dynamic Converter' facility and cannot be altered by Ogam Igam. The conversion rate achieved is set by your bank or credit card company and consequently there may be some discrepency between the achived rate and the displayed 'guidance' rate on this site. For absolutely accurate conversion rate information you should contact your bank.
Ogam Igam reserves the right to cancel any order when fraudulent activity is suspected.
Import Taxes & Customs:
Customers residing outside the European Union should be aware of their own countries import taxes. Customers will be responsible for paying any import taxes that may be applied.
Customers within most European Union countries should not encounter any extra import or VAT taxes.
Security
Ogam Igam has the following security measures in place that protect your on-line transactions. Ogam Igam uses the SagePay payment system. This provides a secure, simple means of authorising credit and debit card payments and refunds. At the payment stage you will be redirected to SagePay to enter your card details, no sensitive information is stored by Ogam Igam. The SagePay payment system uses a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. The SagePay internet facing web servers are certified by Verisign, this ensures that no third parties can impersonate SagePay to obtain secure information.
Ogam Igam does not have access to your credit card details other than the name on the card, the last five digits of the card number and the card type. Furthermore this limited information is not held by Ogam Igam and is only available to us via our own secure links with SagePay.

Privacy
Ogam Igam takes your privacy extremely seriously, we do not sell, give away or rent your personal details to any other business or organisation.
Ogam Igam keeps information that you provide to us via our website. We also keep details of your past purchases with us and any emails or written correspondence you have with us. The password that you use to login to our site is held on our server in an encrypted format. Ogam Igam is unable to read your password, however we are able to reset it.
Ogam Igam, however, does reserve the right to co-operate and release data of our customers to legal officials in the investigation of alleged unlawful activities, such as fraudulent activity.
In the event that we run a shared promotion or competition with a third party your details will be shared between the two parties but only if you participate in that event.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. These cookies do not store any personal details relating to you or your credit cards. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening, however doing so may prevent you from using our shopping cart facility.
